FAQ

MY FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

What are your thoughts on book censorship?

I think censorship of a book is bullshit. An author should be allowed to express himself freely. Not everyone will like your work, and that’s fine. I have gotten a bad rep for being so overly blunt and aggressive. I know my stories can ‘sound’ a bit extreme, but please understand that’s my way of expressing myself. The world is becoming overly sensitive, but that’s a story in itself.

FAQ

What made you want to be a writer?

I have stories in my head that I have to write down

How old were you when you first decided to write?

I was just 22 when I started writing M/M. Before that, I wrote science fiction. It’s kind of a funny story how I started writing M/M. LOL. Well, I used to flirt through text all the time (I was too shy to flirt in person). One day a guy I was dating told me maybe I should I write more. And yep there you have it. I now write paranormal tales.
Where do you get your ideas for your books?

I meditate regularly. My continuous use of meditation has allowed me to become more focused. When I sit down with a pen and paper, I start drawing a plot. The story flows from there. I also read a lot of books, watch too many movies and walk too much. But truth be told, books ideas generally come to me, when I’m doing the least.

Would you ever write F/M romance?

Yes.
How do you research your books subject matters?
Many of my books come straight from this dirty mind, so not a lot of the investigation needs to be done.

Who’s your favorite character from your books?

I tend to identify myself as the Omega. Overall, it really depends on what I’m going through as I write.
Do you prefer to write books in a series? Or stand-alone stories?

Stand-alone.
Do you prefer to work on a PC, laptop or both?

Laptop. I used to build my own Gaming Rigs! (Huge computer nerd here) I now carry a compact laptop with me all the time. Oh, Windows lover, Macintosh is too complicated.
Do you ever write longhand?

Everything I have is LONG, LOL. Yes, I write longhand. I’m not as good as I was before I started college. Some professors couldn’t understand my handwriting (it's bad LOL).
Why paranormal shifter and not just MM?

Good question. There are some of us who live in a dream land. I love the thrill and fantasy of werewolves mating, it allows me to express myself more freely. Perhaps in the future, I will write contemporary M/M, but I tried in the past, and my stories weren’t as good. So, for now, I’ll stick to alpha and omega dynamics.
If you couldn’t be a writer what would you be?

I used to model, but that took a toll on me. I had to be on a very low-calorie deficit. I hated it. I love ice cream and sweets. I would probably be behind the scenes somewhere where I wouldn’t have to deal face to face with too many people. I like dogs. Dogs are cool.
Six words to describe yourself?

I’m still figuring this shit out.
Describe a typical working day for you?

I wake up around 5 am, then write for 1-2 hours. After writing, I meditate for ten mins, read a non-fiction book, go for a run/hit the gym, take a shower, go on Facebook, socialize with fans, then write some more.
Who’s your favorite author?

So many to list… Anthony Robbins is pretty inspirational; I like him.
What are you reading now?

Eighty percent non-fiction and 20% fiction helps with balancing the mind. So much fictional writing can often affect the way by which we feel.

What was the last book you read?

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I don’t know where, I will update this answer, so. If I had to recommend one book, simply read anything by Eckhart Tolle and David Deida.
Which of your books should be made into a film?

All of them! We need more erotic films.
Most important lesson you’ve learned in life?

 Follow your heart kid.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Like a badass, Best Selling author with a huge motivational community where I can motivate others. In no way whatsoever do I dream of becoming a motivational speaker, I think that’s too much work. Some people are impossible to motivate. I rather be the guy who sits on the bench and watches as everything unfolds. Those who have it will succeed and those who don’t simply won’t.

What’s the hottest scene you’ve ever read?

Oh, you don’t want to know that! BDSM forever baby. The fiction books I read are borderline rapist.
What’s your favorite poem?

Don’t have a favorite poem yet.
What’s your favorite quote?

“Seize the day” I got this quote from a song by one of my favorite rock bands, Avenged Sevenfold – Seize The Day. While I’m a huge believer in opportunities, I’m also a huge believer in scarcity. I feel like there’re so many quotes going around the web, the same meme: when one door closes another one opens. Yes, this is true, however, many of us fail to take opportunities.

Fight-or-flight
Were you good at school?

If getting C’s is considered good, then yes! I’ve always been a wild spirit. I couldn’t deal with the hypocrisy of school; having someone trying to tame this wild soul. School almost robbed me from my creativity.
What’s your ultimate goal in life?

I want to be able to give back to this amazing universe for giving life to this soul. I want to be someone who inspires others through my writing and way of being. To be able to say, when laying on my death bed. “I have no regrets.”
Would you prefer to live in the city, suburbs or country?

I have always lived in the city, so I don’t know. But I would love to live both in the country and the suburbs just for the sake of trying.
If you could have a date with anyone in history who would it be?

Napoleon Hills, his books have inspired me so much.
Can you draw or paint?

I can draw perfectly shaped penises with veins popping out. LOL! But that’s about it.
Are you left or right handed?

Right handed where I grow the most muscles if you know what I mean
What’s your favorite holiday destination?

Anywhere tropical!

If you could visit anywhere in the world where would you go?

Bora Bora, of course this is only if I win the lotto! I can’t go there as a starving artist LOL
What’s your most favorite and least favorite thing to do on the weekend?

Tough question, I’m not one to go out on weekends, I usually hibernate in my apartment and read books. The reason being… Too much traffic on the weekends. If I do go out, I go for long drives, visit relatives, go for activities.
What’s your ideal car?

Anything that can do 0 to 60 in under 3 seconds! Wink Wink (Tesla!)
I want a Jeep Wrangler as well. wrangler

Travel to at least twelve countries by the age of 40.
What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?

Confront my father about my sexuality.
What’s your favorite color?

Black, like my soul! Just kidding, I love black, purple and gray.

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?

I’m imperfect just like everyone else you know. I don’t really know, I never thought about it, but I tend to overthink stuff way too much. If I had a superpower, it would be to control 100% of my mind ALL, THE TIME.
Would you ever have plastic surgery?

Yes, I want a bigger butt! Haha. Seriously.
What’s the best valentines gift you’ve ever received?

I never have cared much about gifts. Maybe because I don’t believe in Valentines. I think if you love someone you should shower them with love all the time, not just on February 14.
